Ifelara is a Lecturer by profession. She is a partner at ABROT Integrated Agribusiness Solutions Limited in Nigeria; Ifelara helps in recruiting the right hands to work on our farmlands, she is in- charge of monitoring and evaluation of the farms and ensure timely delivery by suppliers and making sure our products reach the market. She holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and B.Sc. in Business Administration (Human Resource Management).
